 THE BALTIC DEVELOPMENT FORUM (BDF), STOCKHOLM, OCTOBER 5 – 6, 2009
The BDF Summit 2009 will take place in Stockholm on October 5 and 6 under the headline Boosting Top of Europe. It is the most prestigious event of its kind in the region with many high-level speakers representing politics, business and academia.
The Summit will focus on how to stay competitive on the Top of Europe in light of multiple and often interlinked challenges. The current financial and economic situation, the ongoing climate and energy debate, the water resource as well as security perspectives will be highlighted.
BALTECH will finance the participation of two students from the Baltic countries. Last year’s paticipation lead to contacts with Energy Crossroads and the set up of a chapter in the Baltic countries.
